Andy Biggs


Andy is a multi-faceted finance professional, with over 20 years of experience of leading and working for organizations to develop and improve finance and commercial systems.

He adds to the Team an expertise is in improving financial performance and setting up business intelligence systems that provide a common focus.


Tony Hammock


Tony has a wide experience in production management and quality control, most recently as Operations Director on Domnick Hunter Ltd. Previously he worked as a Senior Quality Engineer for Nissan Motor Manufacturing.

He brings to the Team deep experience of production and quality improvement programs in numerous companies, both as a manager and as an external advisor.

Ed Handyside


Ed’s background spans Production Management and HRD in both the electronics industry, and at Nissan where he was one of the original factory set-up team. At Nissan he had overall responsibility for supervisor training and management development.  Ed is the author of Genba Kanri: The Disciplines of Real Leadership in the Workplace.

He brings to the Team expertise in work standardisation, skills management and the foundational management disciplines to sustain them.

Ed Meanwell


Ed has over 10 years successful blue chip sales and marketing experience with Pall Gelman and then GE Medical Systems. Recently Ed has worked as UK Sales Manager with a US start-up supplying outsourced research informatics for drug discovery.

He brings to the Team expertise in Sales and Marketing. He has an MBA from Durham University and through his dissertation specialised in venture capital backed start-up companies.

Dianne Sharp


Dianne is qualified accountant, with an MBA from Durham University. She has 25 years Corporate experience in SME’s across a variety of sectors, including more than 15 years at Executive Board level.

She has been Regional Director for the CBI and a Group Chairman for Vistage, the world’s leading organisation for Managing Directors and Chief Executives wishing to grow their businesses and develop themselves.

Tim Waddington


Tim worked for Philips Electronics before becoming a Lean Manufacturing consultant in the early 1990′s. Since then he has guided a wide range of companies in Lean implementation projects.

He adds to the Team expertise in Customer-led Supply Chain strategy. He has an MBA and is currently part of a Cranfield University group looking to transfer the University’s supply chain expertise into real world supply chains.
